ติดตั้ง Microsoft Windows 2012 ที่ซื้อจาก HP บน Server HP ML10 GEN9 แล้วมีปัญหา Error ขณะ ติดตั้งขึั้น Failed BIOS Lock
ไปดูที่ support บอกว่า แผ่นเราเก่าไป ต้องใช้ Windows ที่ผลิตต้นปี 2016 (2559) จึงจะใช้ได้ ถ้าเป็นปี 2558 ลงไป ใช้ไม่ได้ อะไรจะเรื่องมาก ขนาดนั้น
นี่ถ้าเลือกได้ ไปใช้ DELL T20 ดีกว่า Spec เหมือนกัน ลง Windows อะไรก็ได้ แม้แต่ Windows 2008 R2 ก็ลงได้ แต่ใน ML10 Gen9 นี่ ริวขอไม่ยุ่ง เวร..

DESCRIPTION
On an HPE ProLiant ML10 Gen9 server, an HPE-branded Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 OEM Reseller Option Kit (ROK) with a volume label dated 20160101x (or earlier) may fail to install during initialization. When installation fails, a “Failed BIOS Lock” error message will appear.
SCOPE
Any HPE ProLiant ML10 Gen9 server when attempting to install an HPE-branded Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 OEM Reseller Option Kit (ROK) with a volume label dated 20160101x (or earlier). Affected media includes the following:

Volume Labels: Affected media have volume labels dated 20160101x (or prior). These volume labels are in the format of year, month, day followed by an alpha character (YYYMMDDx). Affected media was manufactured on January 1, 2016, or earlier. Volume labels can be viewed in the file explorer.
DVD Part Numbers: DVD parts numbers are printed on the media.
RESOLUTION
Updated HPE-branded Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 OEM media resolves the issue described above. Request replacement media by following the instructions detailed on the HPE Windows Server Downgrade and Recovery Media webpage at the following URL:
